Online Estimate
Online Estimate Process
An online collision repair estimate is a convenient first step after an accident. By submitting photos of your vehicle, our team can review visible damage and provide an initial assessment without you needing to visit the shop right away.
Online estimates help you understand what may be involved in the repair process, what next steps to expect, and how we can support you moving forward. While some damage can only be confirmed during an in-person inspection, clear and complete photos allow us to create the most accurate estimate possible and avoid unnecessary delays.
How to Take the Best Photos for Your Collision Repair Estimate
Taking clear photos of your vehicle helps us create a more accurate repair estimate and keeps the process moving smoothly. You do not need professional equipment. A smartphone and a few minutes is all it takes.
These simple tips will help you capture the right angles so our team can properly assess the damage and guide you through next steps with confidence.
Before taking photos, set yourself up for success.
- Park in a well-lit area, preferably outdoors during daylight
- Make sure the entire vehicle is visible and not blocked by other cars
- Remove personal items or debris that may cover damaged areas
- Clean off heavy dirt or mud if possible so damage is visible
Please take photos of the following areas:
To accurately assess damage, we need photos of the entire vehicle, not just the damaged area. This helps us understand how the impact may have affected surrounding panels and systems.
- Left front
- Right front
- Left fender
- Right fender
- Left side
- Right side
- Left rear quarter panel
- Right rear quarter panel
- Rear
- Front
Tips for Better Photos
A few small details make a big difference.
- Hold your phone level and steady
- Stand far enough back to capture the entire panel
- Avoid harsh shadows or direct glare
- Do not zoom in too tightly
- Take photos straight on, not at extreme angles
If there is visible damage, you may also include one or two closer photos after capturing the full panel.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your photos, our team reviews them to prepare an initial estimate. In some cases, additional photos or an in-person inspection may be needed to ensure everything is documented properly.
